To use the voucher, they just need to pick a convenient date, book the experience, and enter the e-voucher code at checkout. Vouchers expire 12 months after they have been sent. For example, if you purchase a voucher in June to be sent on 5th August to a loved one, it will expire 12 months after August 5th, not in June when you purchased it.
